2) For semi-profile sessions, please bring your own props. For all other sessions, please arrive with your hair and makeup fully prepared. Your reserved session time does not include prep time, so advance preparation is required. (e.g. outfit rental, contact lens wear, hairstyling, etc.)
3) Once prints have been made on the day of your session, no further retouching or revisions will be possible. Please make sure to clearly communicate your desired retouching direction during the 1:1 editing session.
4) Edited and original files are provided for personal use only. If you wish to use them for commercial purposes, please contact us separately for permission.

Using multiple accounts to hold or cancel slots is strictly prohibited as it negatively affects other clients.
04. Complete Payment For bank transfers, payment must be made within 2 hours. After that, the reservation will be automatically canceled. Payment confirmation may take 1–2 hours.
Your booking is complete only after full payment is received. If the name on your membership and deposit do not match, the booking will be canceled. (The depositor’s name must match the account holder’s name.)

FAVE Studio operates on a 100% one-on-one reservation system. Late arrivals may cause delays for all guests scheduled after you, so we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your reserved time.
Your reservation time is your actual shooting start time. Preparation time is not included, so please arrive 10 minutes early to get ready. (Entry earlier than 10 minutes before your session is not permitted.)
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be considered a no-show regardless of the reason. No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed. (e.g. “Can I just take the photos?”, “I’m only 1 minute past the 15-minute mark,” “Can you do quick retouching?” → All requests will be denied.)
If you are more than 10 minutes late, same-day retouching will not be available and will be processed later.
Please check the studio location in advance to avoid delays on the day of your session.
After your scheduled start time, makeup touch-ups, outfit rental, or changing clothes will not be allowed. Please complete all preparations by arriving 10 minutes early.

Please make sure to forward the KakaoTalk reservation message (sent to the original reservation holder) to the new attendee.
Transfers are recommended only in unavoidable circumstances. We do not assist in finding someone to take over your reservation.
Any issues or consequences arising from transfers are the responsibility of the original reservation holder.
